The Required Criteria To Employ The Professional Team of Rakeez



Before we get into a mission of preventive maintenance or hygiene, we take a deep look at the members of the Rakeez team who will do this challenging job. As we have unique services, the members of a professional team should be reliable enough to carry this message over their shoulders. So they must be selected and trusted to exceed the expectations of our clients.


Here are the criteria and conditions that must be met in the members of the Rakeez team:


1- Physical health:

Physical health is one of the most important standards we search for in the applicant because he's going to be exposed to carrying heavy things like house furniture and equipment. The concentration and skill of the worker must be confirmed because it will maintain types of equipment, which requires subtlety and intelligence.

Physical harmony is also important in the performance of tasks, as some of the activities that may confront him during his work: Cleaning up a tight place or a high place. It can perform these difficult tasks smoothly and flexibly.


2- Employment is limited to the youth segment:

Because the tasks performed by Rakeez team are designed for young people, choosing a certain age group is one of the most important criteria to be met in the applicant. Because they have the best health,  speed of performance, attention to the details that are at the core of our tasks, and a competitive youth spirit that creates an integrated team that seeks the best.


3- Personal traits:

Personal traits are as important as physical traits. Personal traits determine whether the applicant can help and be part of his team, or whether he works away from the team which is not what we aspire to.

Besides dealing with our clients, the team must be sure that it has a well-balanced personality that captures the client and carries out the instructions, additions, or alerts he lists with great flexibility, and the client has all respect.

It must also be stated that personal characteristics correspond to the type of tasks and work required of the staff member or worker.



4- Experience:

Although Rakeez provides training to all team members, the experience is a prerequisite for joining. We don't require more than 10 years of strong experience, but he'd rather have a few years of experience to join.

This is because he is aware of the nature of the work in providing and enabling hygiene and maintenance services.


5- Language: 

The members of the team must master both Arabic and English, and increase their chances of joining if they find the two languages, because the team is diverse, and the team must achieve harmony in order to ensure efficient productivity.

What's Rakeez’s role towards applicants whose previous five conditions have been met?

Because we always seek quality, the recruitment phase of applicants will take long and slow action for applicants to bring in that pearl professional team.


The Human Resources Department conducts a personal interview with the applicant, subjects him to a field test to deeply identify his reactions during the situations presented to him, and ascertain the required personal traits.


If the applicant passes the personal interview and field test, he receives a three-month training course and must pass the course with the highest evaluation before final recruitment.

Once he is employed, the applicant receives a copy of a book for hygiene and maintenance services to study.

Also, obtain a copy of the book that focused on the operational steps of the fieldwork and pass the internal test.
